Deposit Agent definition

Deposit Agent means any bank or banking association having trust powers or trust company designated as such pursuant to the provisions of Section 7.19 hereof and its successor or successors and any other bank or banking association having trust powers or trust company at any time substituted in its place pursuant to this Indenture.
