Insurance Regulator means any Person charged with the administration, oversight or enforcement of any Insurance Regulation.
National Ambient Air Quality Standards or “NAAQS” means national ambient air quality standards that are promulgated pursuant to Section 109 of the Act, 42 U.S.C. § 7409.
New Jersey Stormwater Best Management Practices (BMP) Manual or “BMP Manual” means the manual maintained by the Department providing, in part, design specifications, removal rates, calculation methods, and soil testing procedures approved by the Department as being capable of contributing to the achievement of the stormwater management standards specified in this chapter. The BMP Manual is periodically amended by the Department as necessary to provide design specifications on additional best management practices and new information on already included practices reflecting the best available current information regarding the particular practice and the Department’s determination as to the ability of that best management practice to contribute to compliance with the standards contained in this chapter. Alternative stormwater management measures, removal rates, or calculation methods may be utilized, subject to any limitations specified in this chapter, provided the design engineer demonstrates to the municipality, in accordance with Section IV.F. of this ordinance and N.J.A.C. 7:8-5.2(g), that the proposed measure and its design will contribute to achievement of the design and performance standards established by this chapter.
Applicable Insurance Regulatory Authority means the insurance department or similar insurance regulatory or administrative authority or agency of the jurisdiction in which the Company is domiciled.
In-Orbit Insurance means, with respect to any Satellite (or, if the entire Satellite is not owned by the Borrower or any of its Restricted Subsidiaries, as the case may be, the portion of the Satellite it owns or for which it has risk of loss), insurance (subject to a right of coinsurance in an amount up to $150,000,000) or other contractual arrangement providing for coverage against the risk of loss of or damage to such Satellite (or portion, as applicable) attaching upon the expiration of the launch insurance therefor (or, if launch insurance is not procured, upon the initial completion of in-orbit testing) and attaching, during the commercial in-orbit service of such Satellite (or portion, as applicable), upon the expiration of the immediately preceding corresponding policy or other contractual arrangement, as the case may be, subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein.
Home health care services means medical and nonmedical services, provided to ill, disabled or infirm persons in their residences. Such services may include homemaker services, assistance with activities of daily living and respite care services.
Commercial Services means any waste management service, relating or connected to accumulating, collecting, managing, recycling, sorting, storing, treating, transporting, disposing, buying or selling of waste or any other manner of handling waste excluding services rendered by the municipality;
Police Department means the law enforcement agency designated by the County Prosecutor to receive such information.
Extended foster care services means residential and other
Health care services means services for the diagnosis, prevention, treatment, cure, or relief of a health condition, illness, injury, or disease.
Department of Health and Human Services means the Department of Health and Human Services
Financial Services means those activities described in Annex VI. The Stabilisation and Association Council may extend or modify the scope of that Annex.
Basic health care services means in and out-of-area emergency services, inpatient hospital and
Insurance Regulatory Authority means, with respect to any Insurance Subsidiary, the insurance department or similar Governmental Authority charged with regulating insurance companies or insurance holding companies, in its jurisdiction of domicile and, to the extent that it has regulatory authority over such Insurance Subsidiary, in each other jurisdiction in which such Insurance Subsidiary conducts business or is licensed to conduct business.
Special Services means all forms of services pertaining
Healthcare services means services or goods provided for
Insurance Administration means, with respect to each Shared Policy, the accounting for premiums, retrospectively-rated premiums, defense costs, indemnity payments, deductibles and retentions, as appropriate, under the terms and conditions of each of the Shared Policies; and the reporting to excess insurance carriers of any losses or claims which may cause the per-occurrence, per claim or aggregate limits of any Shared Policy to be exceeded, and the distribution of Insurance Proceeds as contemplated by this Agreement.
Insurance Commissioner means the Insurance Commissioner
Specified Insurance Company means any Entity that is an insurance company (or the holding company of an insurance company) that issues, or is obligated to make payments with respect to, a Cash Value Insurance Contract or an Annuity Contract.

Home health aide services means the personal care and maintenance activities provided to individuals for the purpose of promoting normal standards of health and hygiene.
Primary care services means the services in respect of which NHS England has a duty or power to make arrangements pursuant to the Primary Care Functions;
Foster care services means the provision of a full range of casework, treatment and community
State historic preservation officer or "officer" means the state historic preservation officer appointed by the governor under 16 U.S.C. 470a.
Insurance Companies means the companies with whom the Insurance Policies are held.
Health-care-insurance receivable means an interest in or claim under a policy of insurance which is a right to payment of a monetary obligation for health-care goods or services provided.
