Departing Employees definition

Departing Employees has the meaning set form in clause 2(b)(xiii) of this Agreement;
Departing Employees means Grainne Xxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxx Xxxxxxxx and Xxxx Xxxxx Xxxxxxx;
Departing Employees means the individuals currently employed by FirstFloor other than the Continuing Employees.

Examples of Departing Employees in a sentence

  • The closing of the purchase of the Departing Employee's shares shall occur in accordance with Section 2.6(d).

  • Departing Employees: 1) Provide the name, position title, and security clearance level held by or pending for the individual; and 2) Perform and document the actions identified in the “Employee Separation Checklist”, attached in Section J, ATTACHMENTS of this contract, when a Contractor/Subcontractor employee terminates work under this contract.

  • The Corporation shall have received resignations from Michxxx Xxxxxxx ("XELDXXX") xnd each of the corporation's employees (together with Feldxxx, xxllectively, the "Departing Employees") presently engaged in the provision of marketing consulting services, who are listed on SCHEDULE 6.9, (and evidence of such resignations, in form and substance satisfactory to the investors, shall have been delivered to the investors).

More Definitions of Departing Employees

Departing Employees means those Offered Employees who accept the offer of employment made to them by the Purchaser prior to the Closing Date and who either terminate their employment with the Purchaser or have their employment terminated by the Purchaser prior to the expiry of the six (6) month period immediately following the Closing Date;
