Dental Program definition

Dental Program means the State of Texas’ managed care program in which HHSC contracts with a Dental Contractor to provide, arrange for, and coordinate Medically Necessary Covered Dental Services and benefit limitations for Texas Children’s Medicaid Dental Services and CHIP Dental Services.

Such plan shall not contain terms and benefits which are less favourable than those in the Standard Plan, save for the exception as may be approved by the Government from time to time.

  • Qualifying Educational Program means a program at a post-secondary school level of not less than three consecutive weeks duration that requires each student taking the program to spend not less than 10 hours per week on courses or work in that program.

  • Participating Retail Health Clinic means a Retail Health Clinic which has a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide services to you at the time services are rendered.
