Dental Practices definition

Dental Practices means the dental groups engaged in the practice of dentistry for which the Borrower, directly or indirectly, provides management, administrative or other support services under long-term management agreements or other similar agreements and which under GAAP are considered Subsidiaries of the Borrower for the purposes of determining the Persons whose financial results are to be consolidated with those of the Borrower.
