Density averaging definition

Density averaging means calculating the density that would be permitted on a parcel of land and allocating it to that portion of the site that is most suitable for development, generally in order to preserve or protect a sensitive portion of the site.

  • Averaging means for the purposes of determining Kick-Out levels and the Final Index Levels an arithmetic average of the closing level of the FTSE 100 over a specified number of Business Days, as determined by the Calculation Agent.
