Demo Version definition

Demo Version means a small portion of an applicable Software Title that is provided to end users at no or minimal cost to advertise or promote a Software Title.
Demo Version means a performance constrained version of the Software that is licensed by Cisco to end users solely for internal use in a non-production environment for demonstration and evaluation purposes.
Demo Version has the meaning set forth in the Asset Purchase Agreement. Buyer acknowledges that this Agreement does not cover manufacturing, supply or other services with respect to the Demo Version.

More Definitions of Demo Version

Demo Version means the demonstration version of the device relating to the Product that is provided by Seller or any of its Subsidiaries to Third Parties for training purposes.
Demo Version means a non-functional version of the Software that is used for the purpose of demonstrating the look and feel of the Software.

The standardized EPC data consists of an EPC (or EPC identifier) that uniquely identifies an individual object, as well as an optional filter value when judged to be necessary to enable effective and efficient reading of the EPC tags. In addition to this standardized data, certain classes of EPC tags will allow user-defined data. The EPC Tag Data Standards will define the length and position of this data, without defining its content.
