Demand Costs definition

Demand Costs means the legal costs incurred by Us to issue a letter of demand to You if your Account remains unpaid for a period of 28 days from the due date, being $150.00 plus GST as at the date of this Agreement;
Demand Costs are the demand related costs developed for each Party for the billing month under Exhibit V.
Demand Costs means those costs associated with the maximum load requirement of a customer, such as kilowatt or kilo- volt amperes, and which are typically represented by the electric utility’s investment in generating units, transmission facilities and the distribution system.

  • Attorneys’ Fees and Costs means: (i) fees and out of pocket costs of Lender’s and Loan Servicer’s attorneys, as applicable, including costs of Lender’s and Loan Servicer’s in-house counsel, support staff costs, costs of preparing for litigation, computerized research, telephone and facsimile transmission expenses, mileage, deposition costs, postage, duplicating, process service, videotaping and similar costs and expenses; (ii) costs and fees of expert witnesses, including appraisers; (iii) investigatory fees; and (iv) costs for any opinion required by Lender pursuant to the terms of the Loan Documents.

  • Response Costs means all costs, including, but not limited to, direct and indirect costs, that the United States incurs in monitoring and supervising Respondents’ performance of the Work to determine whether such performance is consistent with the requirements of this Order, including costs incurred in reviewing deliverables submitted pursuant to this Order, as well as costs incurred in overseeing implementation of this Order, including, but not limited to, payroll costs, contractor costs, travel costs, and laboratory costs.]

  • Unwind Costs means an amount determined by the Calculation Agent equal to the sum of (without duplication) all costs, fees, charges, expenses (including loss of funding), tax and duties incurred by the Issuer and/or any of its Affiliates in connection with the redemption of the Credit- Linked Notes and the related termination, settlement or re- establishment of any hedge or related trading position.

  • Direct Costs means the sum of the following:

  • Demand Charge means the charge, expressed in $/103m3/month for Firm Service except Seasonal Service or Daily Seasonal Service, in $/103m3/day for Seasonal Service, as specified in Schedule "A" to Shipper's Firm Transportation Service Agreement, and in $/103m3/day for Daily Seasonal Service, as specified in each Schedule "B-2" to Shipper's Firm Transportation Service Agreement.
