Delivery to Escrow Agent. You may tender your escrow securities to a person or company in a business combination. At least five business days prior to the date the escrow securities must be tendered under the business combination, you must deliver to the Escrow Agent:

Delivery to Escrow Agent. If TSI Contractor elects to deliver Intellectual Property to an Intellectual Property Escrow, TSI Contractor shall make such delivery to the Escrow Agent not later than:
Delivery to Escrow Agent. Buyer shall deliver the Escrow Deposit to the Escrow Agent by wire transfer on the Closing Date.
Delivery to Escrow Agent. No later than 40 days after the date hereof, each Shareholder set forth on Section 2.02 of the Disclosure Schedule shall deliver to the Escrow Agent certificates for the Company Stock set forth opposite such Shareholder's name on Section 2.02 of the Disclosure Schedule, duly endorsed or accompanied by stock powers duly endorsed in blank, with any required transfer stamps affixed thereto, pursuant to the Escrow Agreement attached as Exhibit A hereto (the "Escrow Agreement"). If the Merger Agreement is terminated in accordance with its terms, the Company Stock so deposited shall be returned to such Shareholders.
Delivery to Escrow Agent. Evidence of Seller’s actions to cause delivery of the Seller Restricted Common Units to the Escrow Agent within three (3) days of the date hereof, pursuant to the terms of the Escrow Agreement.
