Delivery Technology definition

Delivery Technology means methods, formulations, technologies and systems, including vectors, for transporting a Licensed Agent or Product into or within the human body or into human cells outside of the body.
Delivery Technology means the BioNTech Know-How applicable to formulating nucleic acids to enable the delivery of such nucleic acids to target cells in vivo. For clarity, Delivery Technology does not include Replicon Technology or Modified RNA Technology.
