Delivery Systems definition

Delivery Systems means a substrate, encapsulant, mechanical device or other means for delivering Ribozyme to a patient in need of treatment, which Delivery System, in the absence of a Ribozyme would have no Basic Therapeutic Utility.
Delivery Systems means Energy Sources, catheters and other components, which in each case were, or are developed by or for Focal, for use in the local delivery of Products within the Field. As used herein, "Energy Source" shall mean the instrument that generates light or other energy sources to polymerize Hydrogel Polymer, together with any fiber optic cables or other components for the delivery of the light or other energy sources to the catheter.
