Delivery Quantities definition

Delivery Quantities. (or Deliveries) shall mean the quantities of natural Gas Delivered at the Point of Delivery. The Delivery Quantities so determined shall be further adjusted, if appropriate, by any Gas vented as provided in Section 3.3 hereof during the same period of time.
Delivery Quantities has the meaning given such term in Section 1.2(a)(i) of the Operating Terms.

Examples of Delivery Quantities in a sentence

  • Customers with a DCQ under 500 therms will be charged a balancing charge of $0.0171 per therm, which includes sales tax, in the months of November through March to offset system supply costs utilized to absorb the differences between the TPS delivered Average Daily Delivery Quantities and the actual daily gas supply requirements of the Customers.

  • Note: For example, this could be a manifest error in the original calculations, or notification of a significant change to Aggregated Shipper Delivery Quantities or Aggregated Daily Actual Flow Data.

  • If a Registered Pipeline Operator becomes aware of a change to the Aggregated Shipper Delivery Quantities for a particular GSI Invoice Period after the data has been provided to AEMO (but not later than one year after the end of that period) then the operator must provide AEMO with an updated version of the quantities for that period as soon as practicable.

  • A Registered Pipeline Operator must provide AEMO with the Aggregated Shipper Delivery Quantities for each Registered Shipper on its GBB Pipelines for each GSI Invoice Period, within 20 Business Days after the end of the period.

  • Aggregated Shipper Delivery Quantities provided to AEMO under subrule (1) must include the quantities delivered for each Gas Day that starts in that GSI Invoice Period.

  • Vector acknowledges that, in respect of each Day, a Shipper may cause the aggregate of its Receipt Quantities on a Pipeline to be different to the aggregate of its Delivery Quantities on that Pipeline for the purpose of causing its Running Mismatch to tend towards zero.

  • Delivery Quantities under any Supplementary Agreement, Existing Supplementary Agreement or Interruptible Agreement shall be the quantities determined by, and notified to First Gas by the Allocation Agent under the DRR unless the relevant agreement specifies otherwise.

  • A Monthly Cashout Credit applies when the amount by which the sum of the Adjusted Daily Delivery Service Quantity exceeds the sum of the Daily Delivery Quantities for the monthly bill period (“Net Surplus Imbalance”).

  • A Monthly Cashout Charge applies when the amount by which the sum of the Daily Delivery Quantities exceeds the sum of the Adjusted Daily Delivery Service Quantity for the monthly billing period (“Net Deficiency Imbalance”).

  • The Operator must ensure that, under the delivery schedule for each Trading Location, the sum of the Delivery Quantities for each Trading Participant in a delivery pair matches its aggregate net trading position.

Related to Delivery Quantities

  • Delivery Point means the point(s) of connection(s) at which energy is delivered into the Grid System i.e. the Interconnection Point.

  • Contract Quantity means the quantity of Gas to be delivered and taken as agreed to by the parties in a transaction.

  • Daily Quantity means the quantity of waste discharged during an operating day.

  • Type B quantity means a quantity of radioactive material greater than a Type A quantity.

  • Delivery Points means: (i) for natural gas transported by interstate pipelines, the city gate stations of your Utility, and (ii) for electricity, one or more points at which Company, as your agent, has arranged for the delivery of electricity to a third party (such as your Utility) for your account or at your premises.

  • Type A quantity means a quantity of radioactive material, the aggregate radioactivity of which does not exceed A1 for special form radioactive material or A2 for normal form radio- active material, where A1 and A2 are given in Appendix O or may be determined by procedures described in Appendix O.

  • INTER-CONNECTION POINT/ DELIVERY/ METERING POINT means a single point at 220kV or above, where the power from the Project(s) is injected into the identified ISTS Substation (including the dedicated transmission line connecting the Projects with the substation system) as specified in the RfS document. Metering shall be done at this interconnection point where the power is injected into. For interconnection with grid and metering, the WPDs shall abide by the relevant CERC/ SERC Regulations, Grid Code and Central Electricity Authority (Installation and Operation of Meters) Regulations, 2006 as amended and revised from time to time.

  • Daily Contract Quantity or “DCQ” means the quantity of Gas as set out in Clause 4.1 herein.

  • Delivery Month means each month specified as such by the Exchange pursuant to

  • Required Quantity in a unit price Contract shall mean the actual quantity of any item of Work or materials which is required to be performed or furnished in order to comply with the Contract.

  • Feedstock means a solid waste that will readily decompose during the composting process including but not limited to yard waste, agricultural waste, animal waste, food scraps, animal carcasses, raw rendering material, and mixed solid waste.

  • Delivery Schedule means the schedule for the delivery of Services as set forth in attached Annex 3.

  • Delivery Year means the Planning Period for which a Capacity Resource is committed pursuant to the auction procedures specified in Tariff, Attachment DD, or pursuant to an FRR Capacity Plan under Reliability Assurance Agreement, Schedule 8.1. Demand Bid:

  • Quantity means either tonnage or volume, depending on which term is the standard in the mining industry for the type of mineral;

  • Delivery vessel means tank trucks or trailers equipped with a storage tank and used for the transport of gasoline from sources of supply to stationary tanks of gasoline dispensing facilities.

  • Bill of Quantities means the priced and completed Bill of Quantities forming part of the tender.

  • Crude Oil means any liquid hydrocarbon mixture occurring naturally in the earth whether or not treated to render it suitable for transportation and includes:

  • Delivery Location means the Supplier's premises or other location where the Services are to be supplied, as set out in the Order;

  • Bills of Quantities means the priced and completed Bill of Quantities forming part of the tender[where applicable].

  • Feedstock Gas means natural gas used as a raw material for its chemical properties in creating an end product.

  • tons means the gross tonnage calculated in accordance with the tonnage measurement regulations contained in Annex I of the International Convention on Tonnage Measurement of Ships, 1969; the word “tonnage” shall be construed accordingly.

  • Scheduled Quantity means the net quantity of Gas (being the difference between receipt and delivery nominations) agreed by MDL and the Welded Party to pass through (or, in the case of a Notional Welded Point, be deemed to have passed through) the relevant Welded Point for a Day.

  • Small quantity generator means a generator who generates less than 1000 kg of hazardous waste in a calendar month.

  • Maximum Daily Quantity means the daily volume of Gas or Liquids, expressed in 103m3, identified in a Shipper's Interruptible Transportation Service Agreement that Transporter agrees to receive from Shipper under Toll Schedule Interruptible Full Path Service, Toll Schedule Interruptible Receipt Service or Toll Schedule Interruptible Delivery Service, as applicable.

  • Receipt Point means the receipt/inception point(s) where Crude Oil is received into the Gathering System, as such points are specified in Section II of this tariff.
