Delivery Proposal definition

Delivery Proposal means the Recipient’s proposal at Annex D for achieving the Authority’s objectives as described in Schedule 1;
Delivery Proposal means the Provider’s proposed delivery solution, as set out in Schedule 6 (Property Management Requirements) in relation to the Property Requirements, in Part 3 (Tenancy services) of Schedule 7 (Tenancy Management Requirements) in relation to those Tenancy Management Requirements in Part 3 of Schedule 7 and in paragraph 1 (Helpdesk) of Schedule 13 (Helpdesk and Availability Requirements), which form part of the Property Management Requirements, the Tenancy Management Requirements and the Helpdesk requirements respectively; Department of Corrections means the Government department of that name that has an inter- agency agreement with MSD to share information about Child Sex Offenders; Developed IP is defined in clause 45.1(b);
Delivery Proposal means the Recipient’s proposal at Annex D for achieving the Authority’s objectives as described in Schedule 1; “Duplicate Funding” means funding received by the Recipient from a Third Party (including a Crown Body) which is intended to be used to deliver the Purpose, and which has not been declared to the Authority. Alternate sources of funding, where declared and accepted as Supplementary Funding, will not be considered Duplicate Funding so long as the Recipient can demonstrate what additionality (sustainability; volumes; scope; geography etc) this enables;

Related to Delivery Proposal

  • Unsolicited proposal means a written proposal for a public-private initiative that is submitted by a private entity for the purpose of entering into an agreement with the department but that is not in response to a formal solicitation or request issued by the department.

  • Responsive Proposal means a Proposal that complies with the material provisions of this RFP.

  • Acquisition Proposal has the meaning set forth in Section 5.03(a).

  • Technical Proposal means the Contractor’s Technical Proposal dated (Technical Proposal date).

  • Superior Proposal has the meaning set forth in Section 5.09(a).

  • Alternative Proposal has the meaning set forth in Section 6.2(b).

  • Request for Proposal or “RFP” means all documents, including those attached or incorporated by reference, used for soliciting proposals.

  • Proposal means the Technical Proposal and the Financial Proposal.

  • Bid Proposal or “Proposal” means the bidder’s proposal submitted in response to the RFP.
