Delivery Port definition

Delivery Port has the meaning given in Article 1, Clause 1.1(i)(e);

Delivery Port means a port at which the Seller delivers or arranges for the delivery of Marine Fuel pursuant to a Contract.

Delivery Port means the port or place at which Marine Fuels are delivered under a Commitment.
