Delivery Phase Approval. Means: Delivery Phase Agreement and Delivery Phase Approval under the Project Contract (if any) have been achieved; the Consultant has achieved Delivery Phase Agreement under the Contract; all relevant departmental, government and parliamentary approvals required for the Project have been obtained; and the Consultant has otherwise complied with all of its obligations under the Contract to the extent applicable before the Date for Delivery Phase Approval. direction Any agreement, approval, authorisation, certificate, consent, decision, demand, determination, direction, explanation, failure to consent, instruction, notice, notification, order, permission, rejection, request or requirement.

It is granted only after an application has been submitted, reviewed and a survey visit made by the Board. No students shall be admitted to the program until the institution has received written notification that initial approval has been granted. Failure to comply will delay initial approval.

  • FDA Approval means with respect to the Product, a Regulatory Approval by the FDA for the commercial use of the Product in the United States.

  • Study Completion means the database for the Study has been locked and all Essential Documents have been provided to the Sponsor, including a copy of the letter from the Reviewing HREC acknowledging receipt of the final report and/or closure letter from the Principal Investigator.

  • Phase II Clinical Study means a human clinical study of a product initiated to determine the safety and efficacy in the target patient population, as described 21 C.F.R. 312.21(b).

  • Drug Approval Application means, with respect to a Licensed Product in the Territory, an application for Regulatory Approval for such product in a country in the Territory. For purposes of clarity, Drug Approval Application shall include, without limitation, (a) an NDA or BLA (for U.S.) or MAA (for Europe); (b) a counterpart of an NDA, BLA or MAA in any country or region in the Territory; and (c) all supplements (including supplemental applications such as sNDAs) and amendments to the foregoing.

  • Development Approvals means all permits and other entitlements for use subject to approval or issuance by CITY in connection with development of the Property including, but not limited to:
