Delivery Parcel definition

Delivery Parcel means the number of Delivery Assets to be delivered by the Issuer to the Investor on the Settlement Date as specified in Section 2 "Term Sheet" or if not specified, determined by the following formula:

Examples of Delivery Parcel in a sentence

  • You will be deemed to direct the Custodian to hold the Delivery Parcel on your behalf, and to authorise and direct the Issuer (or its nominees) to sell or procure the sale of the Delivery Parcel and to apply the resulting Sale Monies (which includes a deduction for Delivery Costs) to pay the Lender an amount equal to the Loan Amount when the Acceptor assumed your obligations under the Loan.

  • If the Issuer fails to deliver the balance of the Delivery Parcel to the Investor in accordance with these Terms, the Investor agrees that it will not be entitled to an injunction, specific performance or any other equitable rights or remedies and will be entitled only to damages.

Delivery Parcel means the number of Delivery Assets to be delivered by UBS to the Investor on the Settlement Date as determined by either of the following formulae:

Delivery Parcel means, unless otherwise specified in the relevant Series in the applicable Final Terms, a number of each Delivery Share determined by the Calculation Agent with reference to the Delivery Share Weighting and having a value equal to the Delivery Parcel Value. Related to Delivery Parcel

  • Delivery Site means 250 West 70th Avenue, Vancouver, B.C., V5X 2X1, unless otherwise stated in this ITT;

  • Delivery Point means the point(s) of connection(s) at which energy is delivered into the Grid System i.e. the Interconnection Point.

  • Delivery Points means: (i) for natural gas transported by interstate pipelines, the city gate stations of your Utility, and (ii) for electricity, one or more points at which Company, as your agent, has arranged for the delivery of electricity to a third party (such as your Utility) for your account or at your premises.

  • INTER-CONNECTION POINT/ DELIVERY/ METERING POINT means a single point at 220kV or above, where the power from the Project(s) is injected into the identified ISTS Substation (including the dedicated transmission line connecting the Projects with the substation system) as specified in the RfS document. Metering shall be done at this interconnection point where the power is injected into. For interconnection with grid and metering, the WPDs shall abide by the relevant CERC/ SERC Regulations, Grid Code and Central Electricity Authority (Installation and Operation of Meters) Regulations, 2006 as amended and revised from time to time.

  • Delivery Location means the Supplier's premises or other location where the Services are to be supplied, as set out in the Order;

  • Project site, where applicable, means the place indicated in bidding documents.

  • Service delivery area means the defined geographic area for delivery of program services.

  • Delay Delivery Mortgage Loans The Mortgage Loans for which all or a portion of a related Mortgage File is not delivered to the Trustee or to the Custodian on its behalf on the Closing Date. The number of Delay Delivery Mortgage Loans shall not exceed 25% of the aggregate number of Mortgage Loans as of the Closing Date.

  • The Project Site, where applicable, means the place or places named in the SCC.

  • Interconnection Studies means the Interconnection Feasibility Study, the System Impact Study, and the Facilities Study described in Tariff, Part IV and Tariff, Part VI. Interface Pricing Point:

  • Transmission Owner Interconnection Facilities means all Interconnection Facilities that are not Customer Interconnection Facilities and that, after the transfer under Tariff, Attachment P, Appendix 2, section 5.5 to the Interconnected Transmission Owner of title to any Transmission Owner Interconnection Facilities that the Interconnection Customer constructed, are owned, controlled, operated and maintained by the Interconnected Transmission Owner on the Interconnected Transmission Owner’s side of the Point of Interconnection identified in appendices to the Interconnection Service Agreement and to the Interconnection Construction Service Agreement, including any modifications, additions or upgrades made to such facilities and equipment, that are necessary to physically and electrically interconnect the Customer Facility with the Transmission System or interconnected distribution facilities.
