Delivery of a copy means handing it to the family or leaving it at the premises with a person of suitable age and discretion who lives there.

  • Electronic mail address means a destination, commonly expressed as a string of characters, consisting of a unique user name or mailbox (commonly referred to as the “local part” of the address) and a reference to an internet domain (commonly referred to as the “domain part” of the address), whether or not displayed, to which electronic mail can be sent or delivered.

  • Facsimile means an exact copy or likeness which is electronically transmitted for instant reproduction.

  • Delivery means delivery in compliance of the conditions of the contract or order.

  • Electronically transmitted or “electronic transmission” means a communication sent or received through technological apparatuses, including computer terminals or other equipment or mechanisms linked by telephone or microwave relays, or any similar apparatus having electrical, digital, magnetic, wireless, optical, electromagnetic or similar capabilities.

  • Electronic Notice shall be deemed written notice for purposes of this Section 13 if sent to the electronic mail address specified by the receiving party under separate cover.
