Delivery Expenses definition

Delivery Expenses means all costs, taxes, duties and/or expenses, including stamp duty, stamp duty reserve tax and/or other costs, duties or taxes arising from the Delivery of the Asset Amount.

Delivery Expenses means the expenses, including all costs, taxes, duties and/or expenses including stamp duty reserve tax and/or other costs, duties or taxes arising from or in connection with the delivery and/or transfer of any Underlying Securities Amount.

Delivery Expenses means all costs, expenses, taxes, duties, fees, commissions and other costs and expenses, including without limitation, stamp duty and stamp duty reserve tax incurred by the Standard Chartered Group as a result of and/or in connection with the delivery of the Asset Amount.
