Delivery Area definition

Delivery Area means each geographic area referred to in Rule GGGG.3(c), as varied by the Exchange from time to time, within which a Warehouse must be located.

Examples of Delivery Area in a sentence

  • Secondary Delivery Area: A Secondary Delivery Area may be a delivery area such as Dawn where the Company, at its sole discretion, determines that operating conditions permit gas deliveries for a customer.

  • Any such funds made available by the utilisation of the performance bond in accordance with these GWPs can only be used to contribute to the costs of the movement of Goods within the same Delivery Area.

  • Primary Delivery Area: The Primary Delivery Area shall be delivery area such as EGD’s Central Delivery Area (CDA) or EGD’s Eastern Delivery Area (EDA), or other Delivery Area as specified in the applicable Service Contract.

  • The Company may accept deliveries at a Secondary Delivery Area such as Dawn, at its sole discretion.

  • When system conditions permit, the customer may nominate all or a portion of the available withdrawal capacityfor delivery to Dawn or to the customer's Primary Delivery Area for purposes other than consumption at the customer's own meter.


More Definitions of Delivery Area

Delivery Area means the same as defined in Section 1 of this Act[KRS 281.014]; and
Delivery Area means the area in which the applicable Shipper Delivery Point(s) is/are located;
