Delivery and Registration of the Property. The Trust shall deliver or cause to be delivered to Custodian all securities and all monies owned by the Funds, including cash received for the issuance of Shares, at any time during the period of this Agreement, except for securities and monies to be delivered to any sub-custodian appointed, with approval of the Trust, by Custodian pursuant to Paragraphs 7, 27, or 28(g) hereof. Custodian will not be responsible for such securities and such monies until actually received by it. All securities delivered to Custodian or any such sub-custodian (other than in bearer form) shall be registered in the name of the Fund or in the name of a nominee of a Fund or in the name of Custodian or any nominee of Custodian (with or without indication of fiduciary status) or in the name of any sub-custodian or any nominee of such sub-custodian appointed, with approval of the Trust, pursuant to Paragraphs 7, 27, or 28(g) hereof or shall be properly endorsed and in form for transfer satisfactory to Custodian.

The Fund will deliver or cause to be delivered to U.S. Trust all securities and all monies owned by it, including payments of interest, principal and capital distributions and cash received for the issuance of its Shares, at any time during the period of this Agreement, except for securities and monies to be delivered to any subcustodian appointed pursuant to Section 7 hereof. U.S. Trust will not be responsible for such securities and such monies until actually received by it. All securities delivered to U.S. Trust or to any such subcustodian (other than in bearer form) shall be registered in the name of the Fund or in the name of a nominee of the Fund or in the name of U.S. Trust or any nominee of U.S. Trust (with or without indication of fiduciary status) or in the name of any subcustodian or any nominee of such subcustodian appointed pursuant to Paragraph 7 hereof or shall be properly endorsed and in form for transfer satisfactory to U.S. Trust.

The Fund will deliver or cause to be delivered to Chase all securities and all moneys owned by it, including payments of interest, principal and capital distributions and cash received by it from the issuance of its Shares, at any time during the period of this Agreement, except for securities and monies to be delivered to any subcustodian appointed pursuant to Section 7 hereof. Chase will not be responsible for such securities and such monies until actually received by it. All securities delivered to Chase or to any such subcustodian (other than in bearer form) shall be registered in the name of the Fund or in the name of a nominee of the Fund or in the name of Chase or any nominee of Chase (with or without indication of fiduciary status) or in the name of any subcustodian or any nominee of such subcustodian appointed pursuant to Paragraph 7 hereof, or with a Securities Depository or its nominee pursuant to Section 8 hereof, or shall be properly endorsed and in form for transfer satisfactory to Chase.

The Fund will deliver or cause to be delivered to Provident all securities and all moneys owned by it, including cash received for the issuance of its Shares, at any time during the period of this Agreement. Provident will not be responsible for such securities and such moneys until actually received by it. All securities delivered to Provident (other than in bearer form) shall be registered in the name of the Fund or in the name of a nominee of the Fund or in the name of any nominee of Provident (with or without indication of fiduciary status), or in the name of any subcustodian or any nominee of any such subcustodian appointed pursuant to Paragraph 6 hereof or shall be properly endorsed and in form for transfer satisfactory to Provident.

The Fund will deliver or cause to be delivered to Wachovia all Property it owns, including cash received for the issuance of its Shares, at any time during the period of this Agreement, except for Securities and monies to be delivered to any subcustodian appointed pursuant to Paragraph 7. Wachovia will not be responsible for Securities and monies until Wachovia or any subcustodian actually receives them. All Securities delivered to Wachovia or to any subcustodian, Eligible Foreign Custodian, or Eligible Securities Depository (other than in bearer form) shall be registered in the name of the Fund or in the name of a nominee of the Fund, in the name of Wachovia or any nominee of Wachovia (with or without indication of fiduciary status), in the name of any subcustodian or any nominee of a subcustodian appointed pursuant to Paragraph 7, any Eligible Foreign Custodian used pursuant to Paragraph 8, or any Eligible Securities Depository used pursuant to Paragraph 9, or shall be properly endorsed and in form for transfer satisfactory to Wachovia.

The Fund will deliver or cause to be delivered to Wachovia, to be held by Wachovia on the Fund’s behalf under the terms of this Agreement, all Property it owns, including cash received for the issuance of its Shares, at any time during the period of this Agreement, except for Securities and monies to be delivered to any subcustodian or depository appointed pursuant to this AgreementWachovia will not be responsible for Securities and monies until Wachovia or any such subcustodian or depository actually receives them. Wachovia shall identify on its books and records the Securities and cash belonging to the Fund, whether held directly or indirectly through depositories or subcustodians. All Securities delivered to Wachovia or to any subcustodian, or depository on behalf of the Fund as provided herein (other than in bearer form) shall be registered in the name of the Fund or in the name of a nominee of the Fund, in the name of Wachovia or any nominee of Wachovia (with or without indication of fiduciary status), in the name of any subcustodian or depository or any nominee of such a subcustodian or depository appointed pursuant to the terms of this Agreement, or shall be properly endorsed and in form for transfer satisfactory to Wachovia .

All Securities delivered to Wachovia or to any subcustodian, Securities Depository, Eligible Foreign Custodian, or Eligible Securities Depository (other than in bearer form) shall be registered in the name of the Customer on behalf of each Fund, or in the name of a nominee of Customer, in the name of Wachovia or any nominee of Wachovia (with or without indication of fiduciary status), in the name of any subcustodian or any nominee of a subcustodian appointed pursuant to Paragraph 7, any Eligible Foreign Custodian appointed pursuant to Paragraph 8, or any Eligible Securities Depository appointed pursuant to Paragraph 9, or shall be properly endorsed and in form for transfer satisfactory to Wachovia.

All securities delivered to The Chase Manhattan Bank or to any such subcustodian (other than in bearer form) shall be registered in the name of the Fund or in the name of a nominee of the Fund or in the name of The Chase Manhattan Bank or any nominee of The Chase Manhattan Bank (with or without indication of fiduciary status) or in the name of any subcustodian or any nominee of such subcustodian appointed pursuant to Paragraph 7 hereof or shall be properly endorsed and in form for transfer satisfactory to The Chase Manhattan Bank.
