Delivery Acceptance definition

Delivery Acceptance means the written acceptance of the Purchaser acknowledging that the Acceptance Criteria in respect of Goods delivered and/or Services rendered by the Supplier have been met;

Delivery Acceptance means the second part of the acceptance procedures for the Vessel and where applicable the Spare Parts and other Deliverables to be conducted in accordance with all applicable terms of the Contract including in particular the Technical Specifications.“Delivery Date”means in relation to a Vessel or Spare Parts or Deliverables as specified in Schedule 2, the deadline date as specified therein for delivery of such Vessel or Spare Parts or Deliverables to the Government Dockyard in Ready to Use condition.“Delivery Location”has the meaning given to it in Clause 13.2 of the Conditions of Contract.“desirable specifications” (upper or lower case)means those specifications in Part VII of the Tender Documents which are labelled [D].“Director”means the Director of Marine.“Documentation”means operating manuals, user instructions, technical literature, system specifications and all other related materials in respect of the Vessel and all the Equipment which are required to be produced, developed, provided or updated by the Contractor in accordance with the Contract or which the Contractor has committed to provide in the Schedules.“Electronic Navigation Equipment” or “ENE”means each piece of the equipment or system listed in Paragraph 9.4.1 of the Technical Specifications including Marine Situational Awareness System (MARSAS).“Equipment”means all equipment, machinery, furniture and fittings required to be supplied by the Contractor under the terms of the Contract or which the Contractor has committed to provide in the Schedules of Part V including Schedules 6 and 7(and in the event of any inconsistency between the two Schedules, the better specification shall apply), including all outboard and onboard equipment, the engines and machineries, the Daughter Boat, all Operational Systems (except that MARSAS shall be supplied by the Government), all equipment for testing and maintenance to be procured by the Government, and all software, custom programmes and firmware in any of the aforementioned items, and all other items as listed in the Inventory List approved by theGovernment in preparation for the Delivery Acceptance.

  • All Government Data, equipment and all other materials (tangible or intangible) supplied to the Contractor by the Government for the purpose of this Contract shall remain the property of the Government and shall be returned in good and functional conditions upon the Delivery Acceptance or such later time as the Government may agree.

  • The Contractor shall procure the conduct of such parts of the testing and inspection in the Technical Acceptance and Delivery Acceptance as required by the Government in respect of the Replacement Goods.

Delivery Acceptance means acceptance of the DEVICES by the EMPLOYER specified in Article 7 sec. 2 of the AGREEMENT.
