Scheduling changes will be permitted up to 20 minutes before the start of the next clock hour provided that the Delivering Party and Receiving Party also agree to the schedule modification.
Should the Transmission Customer, Delivering Party or Receiving Party revise or terminate any schedule, such party shall immediately notify the RTPs providing the Regional Transmission Service for the transaction, and the RTPs shall have the right to adjust accordingly the schedule for capacity and energy to be received and to be delivered.
