Delivering Carrier definition

Delivering Carrier means the carrier that physically transported the freight. If the freight is damaged or lost while in the custody or care of the Delivering Carrier the DRAYMAN is liable for the amount of the claim filed by the BROKER.

Delivering Carrier means the carrier that physically transported the freight. Upon BROKER’s payment to Delivering Carrier, CARRIER shall not be released from any liability to BROKER.   • INTER-CONNECTION POINT/ DELIVERY/ METERING POINT means a single point at 220kV or above, where the power from the Project(s) is injected into the identified ISTS Substation (including the dedicated transmission line connecting the Projects with the substation system) as specified in the RfS document.
