Delivered Power definition

Delivered Power means the capacity and associated electric energy delivered by Seller to Purchaser as shown by the meters located at the Point of Metering for all Non- Curtailment Hours.
Delivered Power means the total quantity of electrical power (alternating current) generated by the Charging Equipment and received by Purchaser at the Delivery Point as measured by Meters at the Delivery Point.

  • All billing statements shall show the amounts due for Delivered Power Charges, Replacement Power Charges, and any other charges authorized under this Agreement or under Electric Service Schedule 300.

  • BVES shall bill the DGS CG each billing month for the Delivered Power in accordance with its applicable OAT.

  • Received Power and Delivered Power shall be measured (metered) using a single meter capable of registering the flow of electricity in two directions.

  • The monthly billing hereunder shall be the sum of the monthly Delivered Power Charges, as determined pursuant to the provisions of Section 3.3, and the monthly Replacement Power Charges, as determined pursuant to the provisions of Section 5.3.

  • net power means the power obtained on a test bench at the end of the crankshaft or its equivalent at the corresponding engine or motor speed with the auxiliaries, tested in accordance with Annex XX (Measurements of net power and the maximum 30 minutes power of electric drive train), and determined under reference atmospheric conditions;

  • Station Power means energy used for operating the electric equipment on the site of a generation facility located in the PJM Region or for the heating, lighting, air-conditioning and office equipment needs of buildings on the site of such a generation facility that are used in the operation, maintenance, or repair of the facility.   • Power boiler means a boiler in which steam or other vapor is generated at a pressure of more than 15 psig for use external to itself or a boiler in which water is heated and intended for operation at pressures in excess of 160 psig and/or temperatures in excess of 250 degrees F by the direct application of energy from the combustion of fuels or from electricity, solar or nuclear energy.

  • Successor Person has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 6.03(b)(i).
