Deliverables definition

Deliverables means the work product and other output of the Services required to be delivered by Contractor as part of the Services, as specified in the relevant section of the Contract.
Deliverables means all of the services, goods, products, work, work product, data (including data collected on behalf of the Agency), items, materials and property to be created, developed, produced, delivered, performed, or provided by or on behalf of, or made available through, the Contractor (or any agent, contractor or subcontractor of the Contractor) in connection with any contract resulting from this RFP.

Examples of Deliverables in a sentence

  • A milestone will be deemed completed for purposes of this Paragraph 6.2.2 (Deliverable Milestones) on the earliest date that all the Tasks, Subtasks, Deliverables, goods, Services, and other Work required for completion of such milestone are completed and delivered to the County, and thereafter approved in writing by the County pursuant to Paragraph 3.6 (Testing of Work) above.

More Definitions of Deliverables

Deliverables means the goods, services, and work product, including all reports and project documentation, required to be provided by Grantee to the System Agency.
