Deliverable Obligation definition

Deliverable Obligation means an obligation referred to in a Synthetic Security as the "Deliverable Obligation" which is deliverable upon termination prior to the scheduled maturity thereof.
Deliverable Obligation means, subject as provided in Condition 6(c):
Deliverable Obligation means an obligation referred to in a Synthetic Security as the "Deliverable Obligation" which is deliverable upon the occurrence of a "credit event" as defined therein.

  • For purposes of the application of the Obligation Characteristics or the Deliverable Obligation Characteristics to an Underlying Obligation, references to the Reference Entity shall be deemed to refer to the Underlying Obligor.

More Definitions of Deliverable Obligation

Deliverable Obligation means, subject to Conditions CL10(c) and (d) (Restructuring Credit Event Applicable):
Deliverable Obligation means each obligation of the Loan Parties that would constitute a “Deliverable Obligation” under a market standard credit default swap transaction documented under the ISDA CDS Definitions and specifying any of the Loan Parties as a Reference Entity. Each capitalized term used but defined in the preceding sentence has the meaning specified in the ISDA CDS Definitions, as applicable.
Deliverable Obligation means an obligation referred to in a Synthetic Security as the “Deliverable Obligation” which is deliverable upon termination prior to the scheduled maturity thereof provided that such obligation does not consist of any Dutch Ineligible Securities.
Deliverable Obligation means an obligation referred to in a Synthetic Security as the “Deliverable Obligation” which is deliverable upon the occurrence of a “credit event” or similar event, as defined by the terms of such Synthetic Security provided that such obligation does not consist of any Dutch Ineligible Securities.
Deliverable Obligation means an obligation referred to in a Synthetic Security as the "Deliverable Obligation" which is deliverable upon termination prior to the scheduled maturity thereof and which is not a Dutch Ineligible Security.
Deliverable Obligation means (a) with respect to the Subordinate Auction, the Senior Obligations and the Subordinate Obligations and (b) with respect to the Senior Auction, the Senior Obligations only.
Deliverable Obligation means an obligation referred to in a Synthetic Security as the "Deliverable Obligation" which is deliverable upon termination prior to the scheduled maturity thereof and which is not a Dutch Ineligible Security and is not convertible into or exchangeable for a Dutch Ineligible Security.
