Deliverable Date definition

Deliverable Date means any fixed date to be met by the Contractor in performing any of its obligations under this Agreement, as specified in Item F of the Activity Schedule as extended in accordance with this Agreement.
Deliverable Date means the date specified in Schedule 1 in relation to the Deliverable;
Deliverable Date has the meaning set out in each applicable Work Package.

Deliverable Date means the date(s) of delivery agreed upon by Customer and Globalscape in the SOW for the Services Deliverables.

Related to Deliverable Date

  • Deliverables means the work product and other output of the Services required to be delivered by Contractor as part of the Services, as specified in the relevant section of the Contract.
