Deliverable Data definition

Deliverable Data means Project Data that is identified in Appendix A, and required to be delivered to the City.
Deliverable Data. Project Data that is identified in the Scope of Work, Exhibit A1, and required to be delivered to the State. Deliverables: Items identified in the Scope of Work, Exhibit A1, and required to be delivered to the State. Direct Costs: Direct costs are those costs that can be identified specifically with a particular sponsored project, an instructional activity, or any other institutional activity, or that can be directly assigned to such activities relatively easily with a high degree of accuracy. Direct costs may include, but are not limited to, salary, fringe benefits (including graduate student tuition and fees), equipment, subawards, travel, supplies, other expenses and rental charges. Costs incurred for the same purpose in like circumstances must be treated consistently as either direct or indirect costs. Where an institution treats a particular type of cost as a direct cost of sponsored agreements, all costs incurred for the same purpose in like circumstances shall be treated as direct costs of all activities of the institution.
Deliverable Data means the data and documentation required to be delivered to Purchaser as specified in Exhibit A, Statement of Work and Exhibit G, Space Segment Statement of Work.

More Definitions of Deliverable Data

Deliverable Data means the data and documentation required to be delivered to Purchaser as specified in the Statement of Work.
Deliverable Data means any design, engineering or technical data and documentation, as specified in Part III, that the Contractor shall deliver to ADD, including any related data and information thereof, in accordance with the Contract.
