Delinquent Bank definition

Delinquent Bank has the meaning set forth in Section 7.10(a).
Delinquent Bank means a Bank that misses any funding time specified in the Procedures, including a funding time for the repayment of Plan COs; and
Delinquent Bank shall have the meaning specified in Section 12.07 hereof.

Delinquent Bank has the meaning ascribed to it in Section 2.5.5.(a) hereof.
