Delineated Area definition

Delineated Area means a surface area identified pursuant to Rule 62-524.420, F.A.C., within which ground water contamination is known to exist or which encompasses vulnerable areas or areas in which the Department provides a subsidy for restoration or replacement of contaminated drinking water supplies.

Delineated Area means the specific boundaries, as determined by GSA, within which space will be obtained to satisfy an agency space requirement.
