Delayed Index Level Event definition

Delayed Index Level Event means, in respect of any Determination Date and an Inflation Index, that the relevant Inflation Index Sponsor fails to publish or announce the level of such Inflation Index (the Relevant Level) in respect of any Reference Month which is to be utilised in any calculation or determination to be made by the Issuer in respect of such Determination Date, at any time on or prior to the Cut-Off Date.
Delayed Index Level Event means, in respect of any Determination Date and an Inflation Index, that the relevant Index Sponsor fails to publish or announce the level of such Index (the “Relevant Level”) in respect of any Reference Month which is to be utilized in any calculation or determination to be made by the Issuer in respect of such Determination Date, at any time on or prior to the Cut-Off Date.
Delayed Index Level Event means, in respect of any Determination Date, that the Index Sponsor fails to publish or announce the level of the Index (the ‘Relevant Level’) in respect of any Reference Month which is to be utilised in any calculation or determination to be made by the Issuer in respect of such Determination Date, at any time prior to the Cut-Off Date.

  • Relevant Level has the meaning set out in the definition of "Delayed Index Level Event" above.

  • Delayed Index Level Event means, in respect of any Determination Date and an Inflation Index, that the relevant Inflation Index Sponsor fails to publish or announce the level of such Inflation Index (the Relevant Level) in respect of any Reference Month which is to be utilised in any calculation or determination to be made by the Issuer in respect of such Determination Date, at any time on or prior to the Cut-Off Date.

  • If a bond is specified as the Related Bond in the applicable Final Terms and that bond redeems or matures before the End Date (i) unless "Fallback Bond: Not Applicable" is specified in the applicable Final Terms, the Calculation Agent shall use the Fallback Bond for any Related Bond determination and (ii) if "Fallback Bond: Not Applicable" is specified in the applicable Final Terms, there will be no Related Bond.Relevant Level has the meaning set out in the definition of "Delayed Index Level Event" above.

  • If the period for which the Index Level was reported is a period other than a month, the Reference Month shall be the period for which the Index Level was reported.’Relevant Level’ has the meaning given to it in the definition of Delayed Index Level Event.’Strike Date’ means 19 July 2013.’Successor Index’ has the meaning given to it in Condition 6(c).’Substitute Index Level’ means, in respect of a Delayed Index Level Event, the index level determined by the Issuer in accordance with Condition 6(b).

  • Delayed Index Level Event means, in respect of any Determination Date and an Inflation Index, that the relevant Inflation Index Sponsor fails to publish or announce the level of such Inflation Index (the Relevant Level) in respect of any Reference Month which is to beutilised in any calculation or determination to be made by the Issuer in respect of such Determination Date, at any time on or prior to the Cut-Off Date.

Related to Delayed Index Level Event

  • OBFR Index Cessation Date means, in respect of an OBFR Index Cessation Event, the date on which the FRBNY (or any successor administrator of the OBFR), ceases to publish the OBFR, or the date as of which the OBFR may no longer be used.

  • SOFR Index Cessation Date means, in respect of a SOFR Index Cessation Event, the date on which the FRBNY (or any successor administrator of the SOFR), ceases to publish the SOFR, or the date as of which the SOFR may no longer be used.

  • Working level month (WLM) means an exposure to 1 working level for 170 hours (2,000 working hours per year divided by 12 months per year is approximately equal to 170 hours per month).

  • Initial Index Level means the closing level of the FTSE 100 on the Start Date.

  • €STR Index Cessation Event means the occurrence of one or more of the following events, as determined by the Issuer and notified by the Issuer to the Calculation Agent:

  • OBFR Index Cessation Event means the occurrence of one or more of the following events:

  • Index Level means, in respect of any day and subject to Adjustment Provisions: (a) in respect of an Index(other than a Multiple Exchange Index), the closing level of such Indexat the Valuation Time on such day; and (b) in respect of an Index that is a Multiple Exchange Index, the official closing level of the Index on such day at the Valuation Time as calculated and published by the Index Sponsor each as rounded up to four decimal places (with 0.00005 being rounded up), allas determined by the Calculation Agent.

  • OBFR Index Cessation Effective Date means, in relation to an OBFR Index Cessation Event, the date on which the Federal Reserve Bank of New York (or any successor administrator of the daily Overnight Bank Funding Rate) ceases to publish the daily Overnight Bank Funding Rate or the date as of which the daily Overnight Bank Funding Rate may no longer be used;

  • SOFR Index Cessation Event means the occurrence of one or more of the following events:

  • €STR Index Cessation Effective Date means, in respect of an €STR Index Cessation Event, the first date on which €STR is no longer provided by the European Central Bank (or any successor administrator of €STR), as determined by the Issuer and notified by the Issuer to the Calculation Agent;

  • ECB Recommended Rate Index Cessation Event means the occurrence of one or more of the following events:

  • ECB Recommended Rate Index Cessation Effective Date means, in respect of an ECB Recommended Rate Index Cessation Event, the first date on which the ECB Recommended Rate is no longer provided, as determined by the Issuer and notified by the Issuer to the Calculation Agent;

  • Final Index Level : means the Closing Level of the FTSE 100 Index on the Investment End Date.

  • SOFR Index Cessation Effective Date means, in relation to a SOFR Index Cessation Event, the date on which the Federal Reserve Bank of New York (or any successor administrator of the daily Secured Overnight Financing Rate) ceases to publish the daily Secured Overnight Financing Rate, or the date as of which the daily Secured Overnight Financing Rate may no longer be used;

  • Index Determination Date means, in relation to any Index, a date on which such Indexfalls to be determined in accordance with the Conditions;

  • Index Component means those securities, assets or reference values of which the Index is comprised from time to time.

  • Closing Level : means the official daily Closing Level of the Index as published by the Index Sponsor in relation to each Scheduled Trading Day during the Investment Term.

  • Index Call Event means each of the following events:

  • Applicable Measurement Period means the most recently completed four consecutive fiscal quarters of the Issuer immediately preceding the Applicable Calculation Date for which internal financial statements are available.
