Delayed Funds definition

Delayed Funds has the meaning specified in Section 1.02(e)(i) of the Agreement.
Delayed Funds means the difference between the funds available to Prudential for withdrawal at its depositories and the funds that would have been available if the deposit deadline had not been missed. Prudential will estimate the funds that would have been available by using the actual availability received on similar deposits during the preceding four (4) weeks.

Examples of Delayed Funds in a sentence

  • The funding or failure to fund the Delayed Funds will not relieve or otherwise impair the obligation of the Seller to make all payments as provided in this Agreement.

Related to Delayed Funds

  • Delayed Draw Funding Date means any date on which the Delayed Draw Term Loans are funded hereunder, which shall in no event be later than the Delayed Draw Term Loan Commitment Termination Date.

  • Delayed Draw Term Loan has the meaning specified in Section 2.01(b).

  • Related Fund means, with respect to any Lender that is an investment fund, any other investment fund that invests in commercial loans and that is managed or advised by the same investment advisor as such Lender or by an Affiliate of such investment advisor.

  • Regulated Funds means the Existing Regulated Fund, the Future Regulated Funds and the BDC Downstream Funds.

  • Delayed Draw Term Loan Commitment means the commitment of a Lender to make or otherwise fund a Delayed Draw Term Loan and “Delayed Draw Term Loan Commitments” means such commitments of all Lenders in the aggregate. The amount of each Lender’s Delayed Draw Term Loan Commitment, if any, is set forth on Schedule 2.01 or in the applicable Assignment and Assumption, subject to any adjustment or reduction pursuant to the terms and conditions hereof. The aggregate amount of the Delayed Draw Term Loan Commitments as of the Closing Date is $165,000,000.

  • Approved Fund means any Fund that is administered or managed by (a) a Lender, (b) an Affiliate of a Lender or (c) an entity or an Affiliate of an entity that administers or manages a Lender.
