Delayed Draw Loan Asset definition

Delayed Draw Loan Asset means a Loan Asset that is fully committed on the initial funding date of such Loan Asset and is required to be fully funded in one or more installments on draw dates to occur within one year of the initial funding of such Loan Asset but which, once all such installments have been made, has the characteristics of a Term Loan Asset.
Delayed Draw Loan Asset means a Loan Asset that is fully committed on the initial funding date of such Loan Asset and is required to be fully funded in one or more installments on draw dates to occur after the initial funding of such Loan Asset but which, once all such installments have been made, has the characteristics of a Term Loan Asset.
Delayed Draw Loan Asset means a Loan Asset that (a) requires the Borrower to make one or more future advances to the Obligor pursuant to the related Underlying Instruments, (b) specifies a maximum amount that can be borrowed on one or more fixed borrowing dates and (c) does not permit the re-borrowing of any amounts previously repaid by the Obligor; but any such Loan Asset will be a Delayed Draw Loan Asset to the extent of such commitments and only until all commitments by the Borrower to make advances to the Obligor expire or are terminated or are reduced to zero.

  • On or before the Cut-Off Date of any Delayed Draw Loan Asset or any Revolving Loan, the Borrower shall deposit into the Unfunded Exposure Account an amount such that the balance of the Unfunded Exposure Account is at least equal to the Unfunded Exposure Equity Amount of such Delayed Draw Loan Asset or Revolving Loan by making a Disbursement Request from the Principal Collection Subaccount in accordance with Section 2.18 and/or a Notice of Borrowing for an Advance in accordance with Section 2.02.
