Definitive Warrants definition

Definitive Warrants means Warrants issued in definitive form as set forth in Section 5.1 hereof.

Each Global Warrant shall be deposited with the Common Depositary, which shall hold such Global Warrant in safe custody for the account of Euroclear and/or Clearstream and instruct Euroclear or Clearstream or both of them, as the case may be, to credit the number of Warrants represented by such Global Warrant to the holder's distribution account with Euroclear or Clearstream.
