Definitive Documents means the documents listed in Section 3.01.

Definitive Documents means the documents (including any related agreements, instruments, schedules, or exhibits) that are necessary or desirable to implement, or otherwise relate to this Agreement, the Amended Plan (including any plan supplements), the Disclosure Statement, any order approving the Disclosure Statement, and any order confirming the Amended Plan, in each case on terms and conditions consistent with the Amended Plan.
Definitive Documents means the documents listed in Section 3.01 of the Amended Restructuring Support Agreement.

Definitive Documents means the definitive documents and agreements governing the Restructuring Transactions as set forth in the Plan Support Agreement.
