Examples of Definitive Debentures in a sentence
A Holder of Unrestricted Definitive Debentures may transfer such Debentures to a Person who takes delivery thereof in the form of an Unrestricted Definitive Debenture.
Upon request by a Holder of Definitive Debentures and such Holder's compliance with the provisions of this Section 2.06(e), the Registrar shall register the transfer or exchange of Definitive Debentures.
Upon receipt of a request to register such a transfer, the Registrar shall register the Unrestricted Definitive Debentures pursuant to the instructions from the Holder thereof.
The following legends shall appear on the face of all Global Debentures and Definitive Debentures issued under this Indenture unless specifically stated otherwise in the applicable provisions of this Indenture.
