Deficiencies definition

Deficiencies means defects arising from non-conformity with the mutually agreed specifications and/or failure or non-conformity in the Scope of the Services.
Deficiencies means non satisfactory outcome of the Services which has resulted in deviation from the desired outcome and has thereby cause loss to a party of this Agreement.
