Deferred Stock Benefit definition

Deferred Stock Benefit means the benefit that results in distributions governed by sections 6 and 7.
Deferred Stock Benefit means Stock Compensation that a Director elects to defer under Article 7 that results in payments governed by Section 7.4 and Article 8 of this Plan.
Deferred Stock Benefit means the Deferred Benefit elected by a Participant under section 4 that results in payments governed by sections 7 and 8 of this Plan.

More Definitions of Deferred Stock Benefit

Deferred Stock Benefit means the Deferred Benefit elected by a Director under the Prior Plan or Stock Compensation that a Director elects to defer under Article 7 that results in payments governed by Section 7.4 and Article 8 of this Plan.
Deferred Stock Benefit means the specified benefit that the eligible director elected to defer under the Deferred Compensation Program or that otherwise was deferred and credited under the Deferred Compensation Program that must be distributed or paid, if at all, in Shares. A Deferred Stock Benefit will be paid pursuant to the terms of the Deferred Compensation Program and at such time or times as are set forth therein (which may be more than 10 years from the date of grant of the Award under this Plan under which the receipt of Common Stock was deferred).
Deferred Stock Benefit means the number of Common Stock Units that are deferred pursuant to Section 3 or Section 6. In addition to the Common Stock Units granted pursuant to any Director Stock Award, a Participant’s Deferred Stock Benefit shall also include any Common Stock Units granted in connection with the spin-off of Marathon Petroleum Corporation from Marathon Oil Corporation in substitution for common stock units of Marathon Oil Corporation.
Deferred Stock Benefit means the number of Common Stock Units that are deferred pursuant to Section 3. In addition to the Common Stock Units granted pursuant to any Director Stock Award, a Participant’s Deferred Stock Benefit shall also include any Common Stock Units granted prior to 2007 pursuant to any predecessor arrangement.
