Deferred Retainer Election definition

Deferred Retainer Election means the election by a participant under Section 3.3(a) to defer until a later year receipt of some or all of his or her annual Board retainer.
Deferred Retainer Election. . means the election by a Participant to defer his Total Retainer as a Deferral in accordance with Section 4.1.

  • A Deferred Retainer Election and/or a Deferred Fees Election shall apply only to the Director’s annual retainer or fees, as the case may be, for the particular calendar year specified in the election.
