Deferred Maintenance Work definition

Deferred Maintenance Work means the repairs, improvements and ------------------------- replacements to the Properties in the amounts more particularly described on Exhibit B to the Loan Agreement. ---------
Deferred Maintenance Work means the parking lot asphalt repairs, all as more fully described in the Property Condition Report dated November 21, 2002, prepared by National Assessment Corporation.
Deferred Maintenance Work means those items set forth on Exhibit C attached hereto and as more fully described in the Property Condition Report dated August 31, 2006, prepared by Land America Assessment Corporation.

Deferred Maintenance Work means the required work at the Property, as more particularly set forth on Exhibit D attached hereto.

  • Deferred Maintenance means improvements necessary for continued operations which do not improve productivity or alter the process technology.

  • Maintenance work means the repair of existing facilities when the size, type or extent of such facilities is not thereby changed or increased. While “maintenance” includes painting and decorating and is covered under the law, it does not include work such as routine landscape maintenance or janitorial services.

This includes ordinary maintenance activities, resurfacing paved areas, and exterior building changes or improvements which do not materially increase or concentrate stormwater runoff, or cause additional nonpoint source pollution.

  • piece-work means any work the pay for which is estimated by the amount of work performed irrespective of the time occupied in its performance;

  • Operations and maintenance means a project delivery method in which the District enters into a single contract for the routine operation, routine repair, and routine maintenance of an infrastructure facility.

  • Software Maintenance means the process of modifying software after delivery to correct faults, improve performance or other attributes, or adapt to a changed environment. (Reference ISO/IEC 14764:2006, as amended or superseded.) Software maintenance does not include any customization or configuration.

  • Support and Maintenance Services means the support and maintenance services described in Section 1 of these Support Terms.

The Maintenance Term shall immediately terminate upon the termination, expiration, or cancellation of this Agreement for any reason.

  • Base Building Work means the base building work for the Building as described in this Manual.

  • Corrective Maintenance means the maintenance which is required when an item has failed or worn out, to bring it back to working order, which may also include those services necessary to partially restore, renew or strengthen an existing Department facility or system, following damage caused by use or normal wear and tear.
