Deferred Issuance Date definition

Deferred Issuance Date means the first Business Day after the expiration of the Underwriters’ Option in accordance with the Underwriting Agreement.

More Definitions of Deferred Issuance Date

Deferred Issuance Date means the date falling on the first anniversary of the First Completion Date or (in cases where such date does not fall on a Business Day) the Business Day immediately prior;
