Deferred Bonus definition

Deferred Bonus means the amount of a Participant’s Bonus that such Participant has elected to defer until a later year pursuant to an election under Section 3.2.
Deferred Bonus means that portion of a Bonus the payment of which is deferred by a Participant under this Plan.

More Definitions of Deferred Bonus

Deferred Bonus means the bonus described in Section 3.4 hereof; provided, however, for purposes of determining the total amount of the Deferred Bonus payable upon distribution from the Deferred Compensation Plan, the amount in Section 3.4 hereof will be adjusted to take into account any interest, earnings or other gains accrued thereon and any losses resulting from investment of the Deferred Bonus in the investment selections under the Deferred Compensation Plan.
