Deferred Benefit Account definition

Deferred Benefit Account means the account maintained on the books of the Bank for each Participant pursuant to Article IV. A Participant’s Deferred Benefit Account shall be utilized solely as a device for the measurement and determination of the amounts to be paid to the Participant pursuant to this Plan. A Participant’s Deferred Benefit Account shall not constitute or be treated as a trust fund of any kind.
Deferred Benefit Account means the cumulative total dollar amount that a Participant elects to defer in the Agreement, including gains and losses pursuant to Section 3 as maintained on the books of the Company for a Participant under this Plan. Deferred Benefit Account means the account(s) maintained on the books of the Company for a Participant under this Plan. A separate Deferred Benefit Account shall be maintained for each Participant.
