Deferral Request definition

Deferral Request means any request by a Participant to make a Deferral hereunder by submitting a Deferral Request Form in accordance with Section 4.1 hereof.
Deferral Request means a Deferral Request substantially in the form of Exhibit M hereto, with appropriate insertions and deletions, or with such other changes as may be reasonably agreed to by the Agent.
Deferral Request has the meaning set forth on Exhibit G. [***] has the meaning set forth in Section 6.9.

  • Notwithstanding anything herein or in any Deferral Request Form to the contrary, no Deferral shall be for an amount in excess of the Maximum Deferral Amount.

  • The Firm may, in its sole discretion, determine whether or not to follow any Deferral Request with respect to any Eligible Employee.

  • Where the Transporter rejects a Deferral Request it will advise the Shipper of the grounds for rejection not later than two (2) Business Days prior to the specified Entry Point Transfer Effective Date in the relevant Entry Point Transfer Request.

  • Subject to the provisions of this Article 4, if and to the extent the Firm determines to follow a Deferral Request, an Eligible Employee’s Eligible Compensation shall be reduced in accordance with the Participant’s Deferral Request, and the amount of the resulting Deferral shall be credited to the Participant’s Account as of the Deferral Date.

  • If the Deferral Request is accepted by the Transporter then the Entry Point Transfer Effective Date shall be amended to such revised date as so accepted.

  • If the Deferral Request is rejected then the Entry Point Transfer Effective Date contained in the prevailing Entry Point Transfer Request shall remain in place.

Related to Deferral Request

  • Election Form means the form established from time to time by the Committee that a Participant completes, signs and returns to the Committee to make an election under the Plan.

  • Deferral Election Form means the form established from time to time by the Plan Administrator that the Director completes, signs and returns to the Plan Administrator to designate the amount of the Deferrals.

  • Deferral Election means the Participant’s election under Section 3.1 to defer all or a portion of his or her Compensation.

  • Deferral Notice has the meaning set forth in Section 3(i) hereof.

  • 10) Election has the meaning set forth in Section 6.05(a).

  • LCA Election has the meaning specified in Section 1.09(a).

  • Distribution Election Form means the form established from time to time by the Plan Administrator that the Director completes, signs and returns to the Plan Administrator to designate the time and form of distribution.

  • Deferral Year means each calendar year during which the Director makes, or is entitled to make, Compensation Deferrals under Section 3 hereof.

  • Withdrawal Request means an instruction given via the Client's Trader’s Room on the Company website to withdraw funds from the trading account and transfer them to the Client's External Account or the Account of the Client's Authorized Person, as specified in the instruction.

  • LCT Election has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 1.06.

  • Deferral Agreement means an irrevocable agreement entered into between a Nonemployee Director and the Company to authorize the Company to reduce the amount of the Nonemployee Director’s Annual Retainer and credit the amount of such reduction to the Plan consistent with the requirements of Section 409A of the Code. A Deferral Agreement shall contain such provisions, consistent with the provisions of the Plan, as may be established from time to time by the Company or the Board, including without limitation:

  • Salary Reduction Agreement means an agreement between a dis- trict and an employee to reduce the employee’s salary for the pur- pose of making direct contributions to or purchases of a qualified investment product. Art. 6228a-5, Sec. 4(5), Tex. Rev. Civ. Stat.

  • Payment Election means an election pursuant to Section 5.1.

  • Deferral Contribution means any contribution made to the Plan by the Employer in accordance with the provisions of Section 5.03.

  • Enrollment Agreement means an agreement between the Company and an employee, in such form as may be established by the Company from time to time, pursuant to which the employee elects to participate in this Plan, or elects changes with respect to such participation as permitted under the Plan.

  • Notice of Election means the one or more notices of election (in such form as the Manager may approve) which the Manager will, at its discretion, send to each Unitholder and through which each Unitholder may indicate whether they wish to participate in the Distribution Reinvestment Plan.

  • Bonus Deferral means the amount of a Participant’s Bonus Compensation which the Participant elects to have withheld on a pre-tax basis from his Bonus Compensation and credited to his account pursuant to Section 4.1.

  • Renewal Request means a written notice delivered to the Agent in accordance with Clause 6.6 (Renewal of a Letter of Credit).

  • Certificate of Continuing Program Compliance means the Certificate to be filed by the Owner with the Administrator, on behalf of the Issuer, and the Trustee pursuant to Section 4(f) hereof, which shall be substantially in the form attached as Exhibit C hereto or in such other comparable form as may be provided by the Issuer to the Owner, or as otherwise approved by the Issuer.
