Deferrable Collateral Obligation definition

Deferrable Collateral Obligation means a Collateral Obligation that by its terms permits the deferral or capitalization of payment of accrued and unpaid interest.

  • Collateral Interest Amount As of any date of determination, without duplication, the aggregate amount of Interest Proceeds that has been received or that is expected to be received (other than Interest Proceeds expected to be received from Defaulted Obligations, but including Interest Proceeds actually received from Defaulted Obligations), in each case during the Collection Period in which such date of determination occurs (or after such Collection Period but on or prior to the related Payment Date if such Interest Proceeds would be treated as Interest Proceeds with respect to such Collection Period).

  • Final Cash Collateral Order means the Final Order of the Bankruptcy Court entered on March 30, 2020, wherein the Bankruptcy Court authorized the Debtors’ continued use of cash collateral subject to certain conditions contained therein.

  • Cash Collateral Order means an order entered by the Bankruptcy Court authorizing the Company to use cash collateral on a final (as opposed to interim) basis pursuant to sections 361 and 363 of the Bankruptcy Code, which order shall be acceptable to the Investor and shall contain a cash budget that is similar in all material respects to the budget attached hereto as Exhibit A.

  • Other Permitted Indebtedness means (a) accrued expenses and current trade accounts payable incurred in the ordinary course of any Obligor’s business which are not overdue for a period of more than 90 days or which are being contested in good faith by appropriate proceedings, (b) Indebtedness (other than Indebtedness for borrowed money) arising in connection with transactions in the ordinary course of any Obligor’s business in connection with its purchasing of securities, derivatives transactions, reverse repurchase agreements or dollar rolls to the extent such transactions are permitted under the Investment Company Act and the Investment Policies, provided that such Indebtedness does not arise in connection with the purchase of Portfolio Investments other than Cash Equivalents and U.S. Government Securities and (c) Indebtedness in respect of judgments or awards that have been in force for less than the applicable period for taking an appeal so long as such judgments or awards do not constitute an Event of Default under clause (l) of Article VII.

  • Attributable Receivables Indebtedness at any time shall mean the principal amount of Indebtedness which (i) if a Permitted Receivables Facility is structured as a secured lending agreement, constitutes the principal amount of such Indebtedness or (ii) if a Permitted Receivables Facility is structured as a purchase agreement, would be outstanding at such time under the Permitted Receivables Facility if the same were structured as a secured lending agreement rather than a purchase agreement.

  • Eligible Collateral means, with respect to a party, the items, if any, specified as such for that party in Paragraph 13.

  • Interest Swap Obligations means the obligations of any Person pursuant to any arrangement with any other Person, whereby, directly or indirectly, such Person is entitled to receive from time to time periodic payments calculated by applying either a floating or a fixed rate of interest on a stated notional amount in exchange for periodic payments made by such other Person calculated by applying a fixed or a floating rate of interest on the same notional amount and shall include, without limitation, interest rate swaps, caps, floors, collars and similar agreements.

  • Cash Collateral Orders means, collectively, the Interim Cash Collateral Order and the Final Cash Collateral Order.
