Defective Service definition

Defective Service means any Service not meeting the requirements set out in section 7.3.
Defective Service has the meaning as set out in Section 9.1

More Definitions of Defective Service

Related to Defective Service

Whenever a mandatory severance period applies under applicable law with respect to a termination of service as an employee, Active Status shall be considered terminated upon such Employee’s receipt of notice of termination in whatever form prescribed by applicable law.
