Defective Equipment definition

Defective Equipment means any absence, disconnection, or malfunctioning of a Stage II vapor recovery system component required by this article including, but not limited to, the following:
Defective Equipment means Equipment that do not comply with the Lessor’s warranties in Clause 6 of the Agreement and/or any defects, inherent defects, breakdowns, mechanical breakdowns, technical defects, inoperability of the Equipment as and when informed by the Lessee;
