Defect Notification Period definition

Defect Notification Period and substitute with: 1.1.3.7 “Defect Notification Period” or “Contractor Warranty Period” means the period for notifying defects in the Works or a Section (as the case may be) under Sub-Clause 11.1 [Completion of Outstanding Work and Remedying Defects], as stated in the Appendix to Tender (with any extension under Sub-Clause 11.3 [Extension of Defects Notification Period]), calculated from the date on which the Works or Section is completed as certified under Sub-Clause 10.1 [
Defect Notification Period means the period specified for the notification of defects established during the Works in accordance with Sub-Clause 9.1, which is specified in the Annex, which is not shorter than the minimum construction work guarantee period specified in the special construction terms and conditions.
Defect Notification Period means the period that commences upon Delivery of the first Good and ends after Delivery of the last Good.

  • Claim Determination Period means a calendar year. However, it does not include any part of a year during which a person has no coverage under This Plan, or any part of a year before the date this COB provision or a similar provision takes effect.

  • Title Defect means with respect to a Lease any lien, encumbrance, adverse claim, default, expiration, failure, defect in or objection to real property title, other than Permitted Encumbrances, that alone or in combination with other defects renders Sellers’ title to the Lease less than Defensible Title.

  • Objection Period has the meaning set forth in Section 2.4(d).

  • Claim Objection Deadline means the first Business Day that is 180 days after the Effective Date, as may be extended by order of the Bankruptcy Court.

  • Title Benefit Amount has the meaning set forth in Section 6.2(d).

  • Claims Objection Deadline means the later of: (a) the date that is 180 days after the Effective Date; and (b) such other date as may be fixed by the Bankruptcy Court, after notice and hearing, upon a motion Filed before the expiration of the deadline to object to Claims or Interests.

  • Rectification Period means the period of time set out in Section 4.3 of this RFP during which a Proponent will be permitted to rectify its Proposal to satisfy the mandatory submission requirements of this RFP.

  • Examination Period as defined in Section 4.01.

  • Claim Deadline means the last date by which a Claim submitted to the Settlement Administrator by a Settlement Class Member must be postmarked or submitted electronically, which will be ninety (90) Days after the Notice Deadline. All Claims postmarked or submitted electronically at the Settlement Website on or before the Claim Deadline shall be timely, and all Claims postmarked or submitted electronically at the Settlement Website after the Claim Deadline shall be untimely and barred from entitlement to any Settlement Relief.

  • Environmental Defect means, with respect to any given Asset, a material violation of Environmental Laws in effect as of the Effective Time in the jurisdiction in which such Asset is located.

  • Claim Period means the period of time during which a Settlement Class Member must submit a Claim Form to be eligible to receive a Cash Benefit or Billing Credit Option as part of the Settlement. The Claim Period shall commence not later than thirty (30) days after the Preliminary Approval Date, as defined herein, and shall conclude not more than ninety (90) days after it commences.

  • Notification Date means 30 days from an Account statement date (see section 6.3).

  • Objection Deadline means the date identified in the Preliminary Approval Order and Class Notice by which a Settlement Class Member must serve written objections, if any, to the Settlement to be able to object to the Settlement. The Objection Deadline shall be no later than 30 days before the Final Approval Hearing.

  • Title Defects has the meaning set forth in Section 5.15(b).

  • Allowance transfer deadline means midnight of January 30 or, if January 30 is not a business day, midnight of the first business day thereafter and is the deadline by which allowances may be submitted for recordation in an affected unit’s compliance subaccount for the purposes of meeting the unit’s acid rain emissions limitation requirements for sulfur dioxide for the previous calendar year.

  • Plan Objection Deadline means the date the Bankruptcy Court establishes as the deadline to File an objection to Confirmation of the Plan.

  • Title Defect Property has the meaning set forth in Section 6.2(a).
