Defect Deadline definition

Defect Deadline is defined in Section 3.2(a).

Defect Deadline has the meaning set forth in Section 6.1(a).

• Buyer shall be deemed to have waived, and Seller shall have no liability for, any Environmental Defect for which Seller has not received an Environmental Notice on or before the Defect Deadline.
