Defect Correction Period definition

Defect Correction Period means the period commencing upon Substantial Completion of Subproject 5 and ending eighteen (18) months thereafter, provided that the Defect Correction Period for certain portions of the Work may commence earlier in accordance with Section 8.2C.

More Definitions of Defect Correction Period

Defect Correction Period means the period for correction of the Defect by the Contractor, beginning from receipt of the Notice of Defect from the Employer by the Contractor and extending up to days thereafter.
